Summary
The aim of this project is to develop and implement a comprehensive Leadership Program for Assistant/Associate Deans (Learning and Teaching) in the development of learning and teaching strategy, policy and curriculum development in order to improve the educational experience of students at the participating institutions.
Outcome
A suggested program framework is proposed for modification and use by those responsible for the professional development of educational leaders at both the institutional and local level. The framework consists of three modules: Module 1: Self?directed induction Module 2: Surviving and thriving in your in teaching and learning leadership role Module 3: Change management in higher education teaching and learning, including conflict resolution.
